Data on cases of people who have died in police custody (whether in police stations, detention centers for foreigners or other establishments run by police forces) and in police actions between 2010 and 2022 in Spain, Germany, Czech Republic, Ireland, Hungary, Sweden, Netherlands, Austria, Finland, Denmark, Latvia, France, Portugal and Slovenia. Information from several countries does not include all cases. More information can be found in the methodology section of this report.
